Returns Policy

All hardware items purchased from Vapour Boutique have a 3 months (90 days) warranty from the date purchased. This covers all purchases for any manufacturing defect or fault that may be found upon opening your device. For a valid return, the following must be included with the faulty item, all original packaging from the item and a reciept or valid proof of purchase. If all of these items are not present or available during a returns process we cannot accept the item back for a refund or an exchange, regardless of the date of purchase.

If the problem you are experiencing is a perishable part, for instance, a replaceable seal or coil for your device we will replace the part to fix the fault, if the problem persists, we will start the exchange/refund process.

All eliquids purchased are non returnable once opened, this is due to hygiene reasons and health and safety compliance.

Finally, we remind our customers to avoid using any 3rd party plugs to charge their electronic cigarette (Smartphone chargers, etc.....) Not only will this void your warranty with us and damage your devices battery, this could also cause serious harm to you or others around you.
